Its been a long time!!!

Well it has been a very long time since I have updated this site, so lets see what new pics I can find to show off:

Alex with a fruit snack and pretzel stuck to his chin.
He didn't realize it was there, then he ate it. :)

My two boys in a rare shot together! :)
Alyssa's birthday party, with Grandma Rorer, and
cousin Faith in the background.
Lauren's birthday party with just the 6 of us.

The Incredible Hulk

This is an example of how Alyssa has taken to posing for every photo. We were told that this was her impression of the Incredible Hulk. I somehow think she is just too cute to pull this one off. But then I think of the fact that she can act like the "Hulk" sometimes and it doesn't seem so far fetched. :) Funny she has never seen the show or the movie, but a boy in her class was the Hulk for halloween and she thinks he is soooo funny! So now it is cool.

Little Tree

Here is Alex looking, with wonder, at our little Christmas tree. Alyssa picked out the star and decorations for it this year. Last year we didn't put it up since Alex was too little to understand "don't touch".  He is doing well with it this year, he just walks up to it and says"tree, no touch tree". He gets it. :)

The Attack of the Squirrels!

Look closely and you will see just what happened to my deck chairs this fall. I guess I was late in putting them in the garage. These squirrels ripped open my chairs and took the stuffing that was inside to make their winter nests. Nice huh!

Halloween 2008

I am a bit late adding these pictures. But here are Jacob (superman), Alex (curious george), and Alyssa (bumblebee).  Lauren decided she didn't want to participate this year. I think just the thought of it stressed her out. Poor kid. :(  Anyway we had fun and Jacob tried to go in and visit each person we trick or treated. Thankfully they all know him. :)  And Alex learned how to say trick or treat. It is very hard to get my kids to pose for a group photo, as you can see. :)

Canadian Kitty

Our Bobble is about to become a Canadian citizen. He is going to live with our friend Joe's mom in Canada. We are glad he will be getting a loving home and we will still have a chance to visit him if the kids wish.  Since all of the Autism/ADHD has hit our family we haven't had much time for Bobble. He is a great cat and I just couldn't send him to the pound. I feel much better about this situation. I know Heather will spoil him to death. :)  Have fun Bobble we love you! Don't forget to watch "Corner Gas"!!

The Girls firs PJ party!

The girls and their cousin Trinity, had their first sleep-over at our house a few weeks ago.

They all have their Disney Princess sleeping bags on the family room floor. It looks like Alyssa is mad, but she and Trinity are screaming silly-like. Acting silly to Alyssa is being as loud as she possibly can, and her cousin does everything she does. :) Lauren in the middle is making a silly face as well.

Baby brother Alex taken captive. :)  For some reason Alyssa thinks it is funny to put her finger in her nose for pictures. I bet cause she knows mom won't like it. :) She is into pushing the limit lately. I guess I am getting paid back for all the childhood pranks I used to play on my mom, to get a rise out of her. Alyssa is a true silly-head!!!!
